Finally finished my buddy’s longbow

Thought I’d post a couple pics. Been doing this for a while and they are finally coming out the way I want them. 64”, 56# @28” draw.. cocobolo and zebrawood handle, limbs have red cedar veneers and bamboo cores with a cocobolo wedge. Fun hobby for me..

Nice artwork. I love bamboo for long bows. I have an Owen Jeffries from I think the 90s. I was hog hunting with Owen and Tom and had to have one. It’s shoots great. Decent speed and cast.
