Tried to go down Knox Ridge Road (SW of Kipp Campground) 2 days ago and chickened out. Appears it's been wet for a while.

I want to hunt the 620/30 units next week and was curious is anyone has current info on the gumbo portions? Plan to go in this Wednesday and would like to take my old trailer.

It’s ugly in the low spots where the water doesn’t drain

Looked at that road a couple days ago myself. “Chickened out” and I have a very capable Jeep. Weather looks favorable for drying things out the over the next 10 days. Wed.? Might be iffy. If it were me I would leave my trailer over at Kip and try it out with your truck only. It’s one thing to get your truck stuck but getting your truck and trailer sunk to the axels is another.. Best of luck

Thanks. I can get quite a ways east of Zortman on gravel and will probably try that. That Knox Ridge Road can be a real trap since you have to go up and down a few steep sections that basically are on the north side of about everything.
