Recycled Scent Wicks

Going through some of my gear, I discovered the zip lock bag I kept all my used scent wicks in. For some reason I thought I had tossed it after last season. Any thoughts to re-using these old wicks with fresh scent...would the mixing of scents hinder anything?

make or purchase some new ones, I had a bad experience using old ones... your lures and applicators should be fresh and clean if your going that route.

All you do is wash them....1st use a product like Dawn...then rinse thoroughly. Then throw them into a cup with water and baking soda....let soak for a 1/2 hour and then give it a light rinse.

Rather than washing, I was thinking of just adding new scent over the old.

I hang them outside winter, spring, summer then use then again in the fall.
