I did the rope mod on the sticks and it works smooth. Has anyone tried a mod on the treestand itself for hanging?

I have a muddy blood spot, had a pair actually but gave one to friend. I think its a great attachment system. Fast quite and secure. The only better system then the rope and boat pull through is the chippawwa wedge lock, which sad to say they aren't making anymore' I have also use a rope attachment on lone wold stand as well.

I have ropes on one of my lone wolf stands. I use the quick hang hook and rope on top and bottom versa buttons. I have extra hooks that i leave in trees, just climb up hang stand on hooks and attach ropes. quick and secure, and lighter and quieter than buckle straps.

Can someone show some pics or attach a link describing this rope mod? I'm really interested. Thanks,

So do you use the same mod on the stand that you use on the sticks? Could you just put a versa button on the stand and use a rope?

I noticed as well. I inquired about it. They make a top quite product. However in a market that is dominated but cheap china junk, and hunters generally being chincy bastards I am not sure of that market the is there. They haven't done any advertising in recent years so there is plenty of potential to gain market share. However I am not sure if its good investment considering the customer base

I thought Muddy quit making the Super Bracket. I see they have them for sale on their website again. I will have to give that a try.

The super bracket works ok as long as its is being used semi permanent, otherwise its too heavy to cart around.

Would one versa button and rope be safe? I have an extra versa button, just not sure of I should mount it to the stand and trust it like I do the sticks. I would need to find a longer screw than the one that comes with the button.
