You had previously mentioned that you would (or had) posted a video of using the boneless method on your bison. I haven't found that video. I just learned this week that I drew a free range bison tag for this spring, so I'm very interested. Thanks!

Good question, Norse. I'm not sure, but my experience hunting them in MT, WY, and UT, the cows are very alert; moreso than the bulls.
