i have purchased some camo hoodies in Real Tree Max1 camo that seem to be extremely shiny. I have seen hunters on a sunny day wearing these and they stood out in all the dry western brush. Can you wash this clothing in something that will fade it out or dull the shine. I have tried a little bleach and it didnt work. Any help?

I had no luck in reducing the sheen, it became a expensive garage shirt.

Granted not everywhere but there are a lot of situations where it is not at all unnatural. Most leaves have some shine to them. This is mountain laurel on a sunny day.

I agree there are times, but we are drier than a popcorn fart in California and that poly stands out. Its hard to find cotton anymore.
