Anyone else having trouble getting on toprut the last 2 days? Gives me a "This site can't be reached" message.

No issues here, have been on it just about everyday this week. Just tried it and it was fine.

No issues here, either. I just purchased the 2-state feature a few days back to see what it's all about. Only $10 but you can get the same info off state website, just takes a little more time.

I just went there and checked it out for the first time. Nice site I will most likely join.

yooper89: Colorado's website may give all the same info but Wyoming's site does not with regards to the preference point pools for unsuccessful nr apps. TopRut shows you how many that applied were ahead of you in the preference point line. I'm sure you can spend time on the phone and get that information since it is public.

For Colorado draw odds it showed minimum points to draw, does it also show guaranteed number of points needed to draw somewhere? I didn't see it but just took a quick peek.

You can't get their WY and AZ data off the state web sites.

PECO, Colorado is a true preference state. What that means is that if you have even one more point than the minimum points to draw, you are guaranteed to draw that tag as long as the unit doesn't creep a point in the year you apply.
