It'll never happen. Some judge that lives somewhere far away from any wolves will block it.

This is a double edged sword. As it stands now, wolves are protected at the federal level, which means in terms of re-introduction, the US Fish and Wildlife needs to sign off on it.. If wolves are no longer protected at the federal level, states can decided if they want to re-introduce, which here in Colorado is a bad idea as all the wofies are doing their best to get it on the ballot. And I imagine would be a bad idea for other states that lean left too.. But on the other side is if they are not protected at the federal level, if you shoot one your not in big big trouble.
