And the time has arrived. All applications are submitted by Colorado hunters.

I burned 6 PPs in hopes of a decent archery elk tag.

Good luck to everyone!

Points for elk and deer for me. Did my app yesterday.

The deer points I am getting close to burning. Have no idea what to burn 6 elk points on.

Just points for me.

Just got off the phone with a buddy walking him through the process last minute just like EVERY. SINGLE. YEAR. Some people never learn. Lol

I think it's a good year to use points. After 21 years of points I actually applied for a hunt. We'll know in 2 or 3 days right? ....Sorry I lost my head there for a minute thinking we were dealing with a rational, efficient process.

Got done with an hour to spare. My small game license says it’s valid until 3/30/20. Can you get 2 year’s worth of applications out of it in Colorado like you can on a Utah license, if timed right, or is it only good for this year’s apps?

Chances are your SG must be valid at the time the draw takes place, so doesn’t sound like it will. But we can hope right!

Pretty sure you can only get one year out of your CO small game license.

I'm in on a wing and prayer for sheep/goat, points elsewhere. It will be interesting to see the difference between last year's draw and this one.

I predict some degree of point dumping, less of a creep and more of a jump.

Just think, had the 20+ point holders been in today’s race their tags would cost them about $3k or more. Might as well buy LO tags and hunt every couple of years vs waiting 25yrs to draw. A lot can happen in 25yrs! The big question is is CO’s herd worth that kind of investment? Include the wolf factor and for me the answer is no.

I'm out of the point race for deer. Funny thing is I spent them on a unit I could possibly draw again next year with zero. No regrets, its a good spot.

Actually received my small game license in the mail yesterday. Just a sheep app this year. Points only for elk and deer. CBA membership is always up for renewal at the application deadline. Makes for a handy reminder!

I'll be happy with a Ram tag------------>

Good luck, Robb

Points for elk and deer for me as well. Just about pulled the trigger on a likely draw elk unit but my partner decided to wait one more year when we will be 100% draw to plan better. Probably a good idea, especially with a few other irons in the fire.

Hopefully will burn my points as I applied a tag this year. Now if they would just go ahead and get it over with instead of dragging it out. Did get my SG permit in the mail so may have to go call yotes or something to get my moneys worth out of it anyway.

Soon, we'll know who is going where. Ah, plans ... the BEST part of it.
