A guy by the name of Justin Brown has emailed me asking for a copy of my membership card and my credit card information. I paid this weeks ago just passing it on.

Did you call P&Y in Chatfield?

That’s my next plan I got the email before they opened.

Sounds fishy to me. Keep us posted what you find out. Amazing how people continue to find ways to try to scam us.

Do you hunt with a crossbow, use bait, lighted nocks, mechanicals, trail cams, guide services, 80% let off, or any method other than slipping quietly through the woods in wool??

If "YES" to any of the above, it's legit. Send the requested info immediately!

Just send me the GPS location of your honey hole and I'll contact Pope and Young for you and let them know all is good with the world!

That's just sad. It's obviously a scam and I hope no one falls for it. It can't be said too many times, never, ever give someone your information unless you place the call. If they call you, it's a scam.

Ya got that right jsw and the fine folks at Pope and young headquarters are aware and taking care of the problem on their end. Can’t be to carful with the all the craziness out there now days.

SMH but there must be some who would still fall for phishing scams, otherwise these amateurish email campaigns would probably stop for lack of takers.
