I recently discovered that to apply for a draw hunting tag in colorado you first are required to buy a hunting license whether you draw or not. Any thoughts? I think it's just another way to increase revenue.

I'd say you were right. :^) FWIW, you are required to buy a small game license in order to apply

Plenty of OTC and return tags that dont require you to buy that tag
