Wyoming lic/pp electronic system down?

Has anyone else experienced problems with this system? In trying to purchase preference points, I get the the message " system down for maintenance, check back Nov. 1. " The PP purchase period ends Oct. 31. Please let me know if you guys know what is going on here. Thanks, Bob.

All ok now. Got my points. I called them and they apologized for the scare and said that the problem was now fixed.
