For years I have been unable to delete ads in the classified system. What is the trick. Has anyone else out there placed and ad and then been able to delete it. If so what is the trick.

I've never figured it out. I had people message me for 2-3 weeks after I sold a bow.

Don't even use it for that reason.

I have had excellent luck selling things using the classifieds but it is annoying that you can’t delete I got a note today from somebody asking about bow that I sold three years ago

Can’t you use the edit function to modify the post to show it sold?

Or reply to your own add and say it’s sold. Not the best, but an option.

no you can't do those things. it stays as created until it is changed, but if changed it isa new ad and the old one remains as originally created in the order it was originally created and entered

I prefer Rokslide for classifieds but to be fair, I've had great luck buying bows off of AT. I just wouldn't dare go into their forums.
