Grizzly May 24 (rutting), Brown bear June 7, (not rutting), Alaskan moose Sept 5 (called in but not with cows), Shiras moose, Sept 23 (rutty, not with cows), Canada moose Oct 5, (rutting), mule deer, Sept 13 (above tree line, still in velvet), Yellowstone elk, Sept 14 (rutting), Roosevelt elk, Nov 17, (not rutting), Tule elk, Aug 1, (rutting).
Might as well hunt all of them the same year...hah. The dates happen to be the dates I got my best or only of each species spread across about 40 years.

A - that’s a frogging toad of a moose!
D - Just ‘cause they’re cool!
C - Love big mule deer! Would be first but have to go for something I haven’t killed first...
D - Elk are always on the list but definitely take a back seat to the others...

A. I’ve killed plenty of elk and mule deer. Have no desire to kill a grizzly.

A here as well - I’ve always dreamed of an Alaskan moose hunt. I hunt elk and Muley’s every year, and I have no real desire to hunt grizz.

C, A, B. Could not pay me to hunt a bear. Zero desire. I have world class Black bears on my land every year. Not sure why I am not into hunting them but can’t fake it. Same with African game. Maybe it will change some day - but at 55 - not likely
