Getting back into bow hunting did for years went to xbow not for me. Shooting a Hoyt nitrum 30 27 1/2 draw 60#. 400 arrow. Used to shoot spitfires just wondering what else is good

Shot the spitfires for years, tried the sevr a couple years ago and came to absolutely loathe them. Everytime try to take out or replace to quiver I would cut the stupid rubberband. Every time you bump it you break a rubberband. Folks said put multiple rubberbands on which might work I didn't try. Killed a bull and a couple deer with them. No improvement over the spitfires at all in my opinion.

Have only shot a javelina with them so far. Worked fine. Will hopefully get many more data points this year.

They just came out with a 2.0 that has better blade angle and smaller “nubs” that push out the blades. I’m giving them a go this year. I haven’t broken any bands yet but I’ll keep an eye on that. They were ok as far as sharpness. Overall I like them so far.
