That's a TruBall V-lok T-handle Strap attached to an older model of handle release. Looks like the name may be on the side of the release jaw plate, but it's turned away in the pic.

I'd call it a Tru Ball 4-finger thumb release with wrist strap.

Thanks guys...with 4 different answers, I don't feel so bad now...LOL..I think I will go with Grey Ghost because even if it is named differently, his title perfectly describes the release. Appreciate your help fellows...
