Hey, if you spring for 45K acres... an ebike is the least I could do. You want one too? I mean, seems reasonable if you are buying a 45K acre ranch all of us bowsiters can go to, Ill get 2 ebikes to share.

The ranch is "only" 34,600 acres with an option to lease the other acreage. So, I'm out.

You’ll want to look at the description, because it tells the dimensions of the nearest runways/airports. It would be disastrous to buy this place then find your private jet is too big for these airports.

Just to be clear when the deal closes (my offer is in pending contingencies) you guys can come hunt there but whoever buys the e-trike needs to stay away.
