Very nice, Mike! Did you have them custom made, or buy them from the maker?

Mike made them himself. If you’ve met mike you’d probably be surprised to know he’s super capable. Who’d have thought! The picture doesn’t do them justice. Unbelievable creativity and comfortable too. He’s done alright bow hunting also. Just don’t tell him I said this.

They are very cool and compliment the room. Nice.

Close ups. The fun is finding the sticks and packing them off of some steep hillsides, when you aren't doing face plants with a load on your back. More than once.

What type of wood is it made from, Mike? Looks like cedar, but juniper, possibly?

Those are very cool, Mike! Beautiful, unique work!

24-Apr-21
Mainly juniper but the seats are cedar. Montana sticks.

WOW, beautiful, must have taken you all day to make them. :) I've been into carpentry for over 40 years, THAT is some real craft-man-ship!

This is a guest cabin on my place that Mike helped me build on my property. Notice the custom door he built for it and installed it because he said I would just screw it up. The log home home we live in would not have happened if not for Mike and Susan’s support and help. My family is very thankful to call Mike a great acquaintance as he tells me I’m not his friend. Great job Mike.

Mike told me he would build me one for $500,000. I'm still deciding if it's a bargain or not. They look great Mike!

26-Apr-21
Ron, you are mistaken. I think I said I would build an epoxy river table for $500,000 but I would build a chair for $500,000.84 because the chairs are more complicated!

Mike built this for their bed. My wife thinks he’s going to teach me to build us one. She’s confused.

Amazing craftsmanship! Tons of character in the logs and branches used. Do you get the wood for your projects locally, or is it stuff you have to order.

Here is a better pic. Randy takes pics about like he bowhunts. Getting the wood is a lot of the work and most of the fun if you enjoy falling down a lot. Steep and rocky.

Consider incorporating rattan chairs, tables, or even display shelves to add a charming and rustic touch to your trophy room. You can find a wide variety of rattan dining sets options, from classic designs to more modern and contemporary styles. Don't forget to consider the comfort factor as well. Look for cushions or pillows that can enhance the coziness of your rattan furniture, making it even more inviting for you and your guests.

With the right combination of rattan furniture and proper arrangement, your trophy room will not only showcase your accomplishments but also create a warm and welcoming ambiance for everyone to enjoy.
