Also, a myriad of "small game" (pheasant, chukar, quail, ducks, wild turkey)

Whitetail and ...hmmm..does Red Baron pizza count?
Big game: Oryx and mountain goat
Whitetail deer and pronghorn antelope. Plus small game being squirrel, rabbit, bluegill, perch, and walleye. And what ever has made its way to the very bottom.
Whitetail, black bear, haddock, cod, redfish, cusk, pollock, pheasant, woodcock, yellow perch, Alaskan salmon, Alaskan halibut, Atlantic halibut, also some shark I got from a friend. Might be some rabbit left but I’m pretty sure that got used up last spaghetti sauce
We just moved recently so I only have Halibut, Salmon and some deer and Pronghorn meat.
I have my son’s pronghorn cape and horns which he needs to get to a taxidermist, a second Sitka Blacktail Deer cape and skull that I am not going to be mounting- yesterday I dropped off my bigger Sitka Blacktail and I was pleasantly shocked at the high quality of work and price of $450 to mount a deer here. In Colorado and Alaska I was paying closer to $800 and my daughters customized Muley was $1100.

Years worth of whitetail, elk, moose, bear, a little mulie, and a few species of fish.
Honeysuckle white turkey, pork shops, angus beef burgers, chicken breasts, salmon fillets and frozen pizza. I arrowed three deer this fall. Gutted them and gave to a friend who needs the meat, and likes deer meat. I’m neither of those.
Stuff I caught/shot: salmon, sea bass, wt deer, elk, pronghorn, texas pig.
Elk, Bison, mule deer, antelope, coues deer, moose = 6 Add hog, and turkey = 8 Add salmon, dorado, tuna, cabrilla, red snapper, pompaneau, marlin, trigger fish, travalli (sp?) and trout = 10 + 8 = 18

We can certainly count your geese as big game given the fact people above are considering Crappie, sunfish, quail, and even mushrooms in their tally
Anybody got a tomato plant they have been doing some canning with and want to add the sauce to their list and call it big game

Vacuum sealers are wonderful for keeping frozen meat perfect for years and years if you like to save a bit for special occasions or just "lose" some in the depths of the freezer.
