Next year I am offering limited spots for you to bring a young person on a hunt of their life. Spring black bear, spot and stalk or hounds. There will be no sitting on bait, only a lot of fun with a great success rate. We have been 100% successful since our start up. Price is our regular 2 on 1 price for the adult $4000.00 and $2000 for the youth. License, tags and tax is extra.

Just finishing up this trip with my son. Has been a great time with alot of action. It was a great trip to share with my son. I will post a few pictures from our trip here.

We lost one day of our trip due to the airline cancelling our flight. The lost day didn't end up be an issue.....

The next day was my turn. After skinning and processing the bear meat, we headed out to look for another bear.
Doug takes part in a program with the local Salvation Army to donate any of the bear meat that hunters don't take home.
Here he is preparing the meat for donation.

It didn't take long for the action to start again.

Within 25 hours of arriving we were tagged out.

Both bears were mature boars.

After the bear hunting we were able to do some fishing in one of the many local lakes.

What a great time with huntinelk on this father son hunt. It is awesome to see families hunt together and experience what we have here at Skinner Creek. We still have a couple spots to fill, for this up coming spring season.

I’m not sure how I missed this thread earlier! Congrats on a great hunt at one of my favorite places ever. Having done this with a Doug and Skinner Creek myself, it’s hard to imagine a better bear hunt with hounds anywhere! Well done!
