Predator camo sizing

Been looking at the 10 oz predator fall gray six pocket pants.I'm right at 42" waist,and their xl size goes to 42". Thinking the 2x ,44-46" will work better after washing and allowing for some layering.just curious how their sizes run,thanks,dan

My experience with Predator is that they run small, go up a size.

Wish I woulda known that before I ordered 4 sets of pants. They work great with nothing under them.
