I have with my grandchildren and my own kids. No better way to show them shot placement than on the real thing. Shawn

I did this multiple times with my boys with trips to the zoo. Bystanders that overheard me were a little taken back. Worked out good for one of my sons. He has been very successfully with his bow.

I did like salty and showed my oldest on my dog. That and trail cam picks at different angles letting her pick a spot.

I hunt am around cows a lot - I can constantly visualizing the “vital zone” especially on the younger smaller cows and calves.

Bow hunters being bow hunters. I think most all do that, even if they don't realize it. I was showing my wife where the sweet spot would be on this beast. Bow hunters being bow hunters, there will probably be a debate on my shot placement, complete with red dots!
