A mt lion has been on my bucket list since I was about 6yrs old. I turn 40 this yr and have decided it is time to make it my number 1 goal (I have alot of them). Plus Im not getting any younger and they arent getting any cheaper. So, if any of you have been on a cat hunt at all especially if it has been fairly recently, can you give me any recommendations to start looking at? I live in Ks and would prefer somewhere I could drive to like CO,NM,or WY, but open to about anywhere. Thanks and go...

Caynons west outfitters in Nevada. Dave and his crew are top notch.

A little farther drive but Canyons West in Nevada has a pretty incredible operation. Several bowsiters have had success. Dave is as good as it gets for a houndsman.

I took a big tom with Wade Lemon in Utah on the first day of my hunt. He missed B&C by 1/4th of an inch.
