I’ve tried reaping the last couple of years but I’ve only used a fan with a stake stuck in the ground.

How are you mounting (pictures please) the fan to your bow?

Be aware that reaping or weapon attached decoys are not legal in all states. Alabama does not allow any type of decoy that can be manipulated/moved by the hunter, including weapon attached decoys. Only wind movement is allowed; no strings, no motors, no nothing.

Ain't NO way........even if I thought it was the ONLY way.

I don't think I would want a decoy attached to bow. For me it's easier to hold a fanning/reaping decoy while stalking in front of me and stake it in the ground when I get ready to shoot. There is often plenty of time to set up.
