I received my WY GEN elk tag in the mail. On the tag is says FISHING PRIV. Does that mean it’s a fishing license as well? I read through the letter but didn’t see any reference.

My Type 1 tag arrived. I was a little concerned since I had to cancel the credit card after applying but the new credit card received the unsuccessful cow tag refund.
