PLB battery replacement

Any suggestions where to send my ACR PLB to get a battery replaced? Also I cannot get the search function to work on my phone or desktop computer? It keeps showing "loading"????

I couldn't find one either last year. I seen a Youtube where a guy got lithium replacements off of EBay and soldered the quick-disconnect wires to it. I did the same thing and it worked.
