Congrats on a fine bull!! Looks like you are having some fun over there. Amazing to me how these animals can be so tough to take down with big bore rifles, but an arrow in the right spot brings them down quickly. I'm sure these animals react to an arrow very different than a large bullet, so I'm sure that helps with recovery distance if not alarmed.

Yes Im back travel was a bit crazy this year. The shot at Buffalo was 23 yards, shot him with almost 800 gr arrow bull ran 20 yards and tipped over. Ishot him quartering away and arrow was all in him. I was shooting A Hotyt RX1 at 65 lbs. Im a big fan of lung shots on the big stuff it just works for me. I was hoping this to be my last buffalo but now I just want more LOL

Yes did spot and stalk a few days but so many cows I couldn't get in on him so when we saw them headed to water we went to the blind
