If you look at it on a PC you can see it’s a bird. Unfortunately Bowsite doesn’t optimize images for mobile which leaves you guessing what the blurry blobs are.

Definitely not a hawk, just a small songbird of some sort close to the camera with wings tucked as mentioned above. Hawks have large beaks, and eyes, in case you haven't seen one before ;?)

1000% not a hawk its a small bird. Again take a look on PC it’s clear as day. It looks like some kind of Warbler or Flycatcher.

And here I thought the OP was asking if it was a buck or a doe at the side of the picture. The little birdie was photobombing, IMO...

Deer's ass as it's sprinting away starting to make a hard right. Blurry because it's running. Have several like that, a few fawns playing and running around. Got see if I can dig one up.

The colors seem kinda yellow for a wren but that face screams wren.

After further review(enlarged the picture), I retract my previous statement.

Looks like a sparrow of some sort to me, looking at the camera, wings tucked in mid-flight between wing-beats, and relatively close to the camera, making it look like it was rather large if it were sitting on the ground where it's superimposed.

After relooking, I think my first view as a hawk is wrong- may be a small bird close to camera lens that makes it appear as large.

Definitely a double breasted thruster, but looks to be very recently fledged. I think THAT’S what’s throwing everyone off. Hasn’t fully matured yet…
