I've seen does with decent sized horns and plenty of bucks with goofy horns, but a doe with big goofy horns and sheaths hanging off is really odd.

She also appears to have bit of a black cheek patch. Most does don't.

Years ago I saw mounts of 2 Bucks that were similar having the prior years horns on the end of the new ones. Really strange looking and I would have shot them in a heartbeat.

Bucks can retain horn sheaths from year to year. Does can also but their horns are much smaller. That looks like a buck to me also, black cheek patch.
