I have had good customer service from Moultrie. My latest camera had an issue. I bought it for the hybrid mode where it will take a picture followed by a video. When it failed it was replaced with a new unit without this feature. Can someone point me to a non transmitting camera with this feature?

Which cam did they send you? Not aware of any recent cams without this feature.
I would contact them again and tell them to send you a cam with that feature. They may even let you keep the replacement.

Hello Pat: My old camera was a m-880 . It had the feature. They replaced it with a m4000I. It does not have the feature. The customer service representative said they no longer have the hybrid feature on any of their cameras. I have had Moultries for years but am forced to find another source if I want that feature. My old m800 just failed after years of good service.

Hybrid - still picture or pictures, then video. Played with it a bit but just use video now. Can always freeze and take screenshots from video if I want single pix.
