Have any of used an electric meat tenderizer and would you recommend one? I'm looking for one to run steaks through.

I've heard the cubers work well. Based on where you posted this I'm guessing you shot a nice bull, we've been chewing on the spouse's shiras since early Oct, lol. I may look into getting one, the Weston cuber gets pretty good press on other forums.

Lol! You are correct. I've been using a hand held one that works well but it's time consuming. I'd like to be able to have an electric one that I can run the meat through as I'm butchering rather than after thawing out.

Powder, I like those cube steaks....but maybe try this; 1) Sous Vide cooker; Marinate, Cook slow for a few hours then finish on the grill for color

2) Pellet grill. Same process as above- slow cook then finish on high

I've had those 2 make some average cuts of meat pretty darn good...and not as tough.

I have a older commercial grade meat tenderizer and we use it all the time.

Use one 5 days a week. Mine is so old I don’t think the company even exits anymore.
