I'm thinking next Mon, Tues or Wed for results. Sound about right? This is my last attempt at an elk tag this year. I'm generally pretty optimistic with my western draws and continue to be disappointed in the results. So I'm trying a new approach this time thinking there ain't a chance in h3ll of me drawing a tag hoping maybe that's all it takes. Lol! Good luck everyone that applied! TODDY

Utah results being released before NV’s application deadline of May 10 would be great but it’s probably not going to happen.
Hell, I just got a 2022 Bronco after 643 days of waiting so maybe this is the month I draw a premium non-resident tag.

After not drawing any random tag in 8 states since 2011 despite 15-25 points, I have become desensitized to draw results posting. LOL. It's not that I haven't drawn anything, but they have ALL been in preference based systems. That includes this year, where I'm burning my CO elk points. But surely I'll get a longshot hit again someday. Problem is now I'm 62 with declined fitness level. I don't even pay attention to results posting dates. Only reason I knew Utah is close was this thread. Good luck to all, because these days it takes a LOT. Sympathetic to entry level hunters.

Wow. $1,000 for elk. Not sure what is going to happen this fall. I drew WY sheep & bison. Drawing is great but 3 huge tags is something to think about. South slope mid rifle elk.

My sheep tag starts 10/1. This tag starts 10/8. I might be turning my tag in for no refund and get my points back. My first Utah tag. Fudge. There is no way I can do both hunts justice.

Just received this text from my credit card company. Now what? I guess I’ll call UT and see what the issue is and have them fix it if possible. Anyone else have the charge declined before? I think maybe the card was replaced since application day.

Several years I had to change CC's - you can do it online, might be to late. Call UTAH asap. I THINK they give you a few days to pay. I have had bad years when I should have drawn and I have good years where i drew a lot. This is a good year - but also with my points it is getting "likely". I am really stuck on what to do. I got engaged and we are planning a wedding. If I drop $10k on 3 big hunts DIYI will have to say yes to pretty much anything my fiancée wants for the wedding. Her and I are paying for the wedding.
From what I read I can get a refund from Utah and keep my points - but not gain a point. Not gaining a point hurts - but with opening days 1 week apart and the beginning of the season being my best chances, I am really in a pickle. This is a GREAT problem to have so not complaining just thinking on the keyboard.

Vernon Archery Deer for me this year. Hard to believe as it's only my second LE tag in the 37 years I've lived in Utah :)
Actually put in for it to just get out of the deer points game and back to elk, but now that I have that coming my way, I'm pretty excited to give it a go and I can focus on elk again next year.
