Is the US forest service snow depth map the best way to see where the current snowline is? Didn't know if there's a more accurate website. Not sure how often the FS updates their map?

When I was in to snowmobiling mostly in the Snowy Range in WY, it updated constantly. My nephew was a ranger and we would check in on the monitoring locations.

There is a USDA interactive map showing locations but having trouble getting the link to post.
