Colorado Preference Point Question

Does Colorado allow for group "pooling" of points and average the points in your group like in Wyoming? For example, If I had 20 points and my buddy had 16 could we apply as a group for an average of 18 points for a draw? I don't see any wording in the Colorado regulations about applying for a group so I'm assuming you can't but thought I would ask here in case I'm missing something.

No. The group gets assigned the lowest point holder's total. So in your hypothetical, you'd go in with 16.
