CO Corner Crossing Bill Killed

Looks like the bill to legalize corner crossing in CO met the same fate as in WY and MT. This one was killed in the Senate Appropriations Committee after multiple hearings.
Maybe they came to realize that the costs of fighting all the lawsuits wouldn't be worth it to make a few hunters happy?

You bet I'm interested. And a lot of other wannabe crossers are too. I live in the middle of checkerboard country where they prosecute. This would open up a ton of country for me to hunt.
But I also live in the real world, of courts and political realities and historical precedence.
