Hopefully when it reaches the high court it they say the ATF was wrong. This is such a stupid rule they put in place for really no reason whatsoever.

It was a Trump appointed judge. Most media and politicians pushing gun control will say it's a big nothing burger because.... Trump. I wonder if it's made cnn yet?

So would this ban be considered greater than or equal to the ban on bump stocks that was imposed by the previous President?

It's similar to the bump stock ban.
Oddly, a case about herring fishing that's in the system will likely have a huge impact. Without a law change, fishing boats were required to have a person on board as a compliance monitor and pay for their salary ($710.00/day).
Basically a case about the ability of 3 letter agencies to interpret and impose things that have a big impact through rule making.
