Everything about Elk hunting is hard. Adding in the video takes it to the next level. Well done.

The reality of elk hunting, 90% effort, 10 % success = 100% fun. Nicely done.

Thanks guys. Had something big sneak into camp one night and llamas scared it off. Some heavy footsteps running away, definitely not an elk! Really made me feel safer sleeping with llamas around the tent.

My one opportunity, I was bugling and raking trying to call for my buddy and the bull came above him right to me. I gave one quick range in a window at 30yards and picked up my bow. The bull took a higher route and was probably about 40. I shot an inch under his chest. It is a great learning lesson to take a moment to range all my openings and get set before I start calling for a partner
