Watched this small buck come down the shelterbelt and offer me an 8 yard shot, he ran down the steepest bank on the property and died in the semi frozen creek! Had to call a buddy for help getting up the bank, I called the same buddy exactly one week earlier to help with a doe that I shot out of the same stand.
