My buddy and I went to a new farm to hunt the last day of bow season before rifle season started in Missouri. We had scouted the area before hand, so we knew where we wanted to set up. I had no more than knocked an arrow and hung my bow, when my buddy started grunting, so I got my rattling anters out and banged them together. I set the my rattling antlers down and I could hear a dear running in the timber to the north. I looked up and seen his white legs moving through the timber. He came right in gave me a perfect quartering away shot @ 32 yards. I smoked him, he piled up with in 45 yards of were I shot him. He isn't very big but I was sure a fun hunt.
