I sat in my gorilla treestand on a big oak ridge near a swamp. At 7:30 am a hot doe came screaming out from the swamp, she stopped abruptly, swung her head around to look behind her. I knew what was going down so I reached for my bear instinct. Out comes a big eight pointer hot on the doe's trail. Head down he starts my way. he stopped broadside at 40 yrds, so i drem back and locked in on the kill shot. I let the arrow whiz and I connected perfectly. The buck just walked off and dropped in sight of my stand. It was an easy track, he crashed after only 25 yrds!! Im 15 and this is my biggest buck to date!! hopefully more to come :)
