well I heard some leaves crunch on the west of me about 40 yards away, so I turn slowly to look and I see a nice big buck walking north-east of me and he is about 35 yards away and he stops. just after that he turns and walks south-east for about 25 yards and walks right behind a small cedar tree and I drew my bow back. he walks out into the open at 18 yards so I grunt at him to make him stop and I shot him a little far back (1 lung/liver) we left him alone for about 2 hrs. when we got on the trail it wasn't a blood trail, it was a creek of blood! we found him 80 yards away on the trail. the rack was a little smaller than I thought, but I am still happy with it.
