This buck was chasing a fork buck that was trailing a doe. They ran by me and soon the doe came back, then the fork buck and finally after a few grunt calls this buck. He looked up at me but then turned to go into the woods at about 15 yrs broadside. Had to take a quick draw and shot. Shot was farther back then I wanted but I hit liver and a major artery and he went down quick.
