Grunted this buck back in after he had passed all my shooting windows behind me. This was public land which has since been ruined by a new access point opening a year later. 4 Miles to this spot turned into 1/2 mile = extirpation. Anyway I made what I thought was a perfect broadside shot, but only took out one lung plus liver. Watched him for 2 hours before he dropped! Lucky to keep track of him that long. 130" P&Y.
