About 7:30pm this buck showed up. I am covered by lots of branches and leaves in my tree stand, so I had to just watch him for 5 minutes before I got a shot through a 12" opening in the leaves halfway between me and the buck. It was a heart/double lung shot. He had a mediocre 8-pt. rack that you might expect on a real nice 1.5 year-old buck, but he weighed about 180 pounds dressed like a 3.5 year-old. My freezer is full, and I will soon have a nice 8-pt. European mount.
