I finally was able to get out this week and went out to a spot in State Land that I hunted 2 weeks ago and passed 6 doe. I was all setup by shooting time. At 8:25 am heard a stick snap out in front of me, in the thick laurel. I gave out a couple of grunts and heard the deer rubbing and then slowly made his way to one of my shooting lanes and gave me a 28 yard shot. the shot hit true, the Wasp Z-Force did it's job and he only went 50 yards in about 6 seconds was finished. Walking up to him he was a bit smaller than I thought, with no brow tines and in hind sight wish I would have passed on him. I had a tough time trying to get him out, took me 3 hours over rough terrain. A great day to be in the woods.
