New, but not in original packaging. Happy to take $80 for it. This came pre-installed on a new Barnett Hyper Whitetail 410, and after using it to load the crossbow 4 times, I decided I preferred the older loading method. IMO, this would be great for anyone looking for something to assist with loading... all the part and screws come with the device, just needs hex tools to install. retails new for $129.
