Yep-Last time we hunted together I think 2007, somewhere around there, down in KY. Always enjoyed a hunt with him, great company in camp.

what's with the photo? Clearly MR is photo-shopped in there. He's sitting on "air" and much smaller in scale than the rest of pic...

Agreed Jack Harris. his ears are droopy ;). it would be amazing to hunt with a guy with MR's history in bowhunting.

I meant to ask him about bandan and never did. However, it was about 90-degrees. He may have needed it.

Neat guy, very down to Earth. No ego, or need for attention on the few hunts I shared with him.

He bought the first article I ever sold, back in 1978...looking back, it was horribly written. It wasn't worth the $125 he paid for it, for sure.

I wish I could recall what year he bought the first one from me. When i went to work for Bow and Arrow, that pretty well made it hard for me to write for him but se shared several hunts together and a few business meetings. He checked on me on a regular basis when they thought I was trying to die. Great guy.

I wish he was still on the tv show. Hell, I wish The Tennessee Outdoorsman show was still around. If there wasn't any change there would be no butterflies, but how many butterflies do you really need?

Maybe Jimmy and I will bring T. O. back and call it, "The Way It Was."

Now, you have to explain what T.O. was.
