Congrats Leo! I guess that means you had a good hunt with Lonesome Dove?

Yes Chris. The hunt was fantastic. I was guided this time by Zach and Brian (now he just got his license as guide). We have a nice 9 6/8 " goat in the second day of the hunt.

Great. Yeah, everyone I know has shot a Pope and Young goat by the second day of the hunt with them. Zach is tough but he gets you in the goats fast. Here's mine.

Here are a few pictures of mine from last year. Just got it back from being on display at the local Cabela's as it was a competition mount.
One thing that worked out good for mine is that it is a wall mount. I have it hung low on the wall so it looks like it is sitting on the floor. Had this done so when we upgrade our house and have tall ceilings I can hang him up high.

These goat mounts look amazing!
I'm currently struggling with deciding what to euro-mount, shoulder, etc.
I thing the completion of killing a target animal will clear my mind on how to display and reminisce the hunt.
