Any idea how Byron is doing this year so far and is anyone from the Bowsite hunting with him?
I was texting back and forth with him 2 days ago around 4 pm, he had just kicked out on a big tom, got a pic of a hunter with a big tom at 12 am e.s.t. that night. He sent a few pics of a few other big toms as well but I don't have permission to share. Looks like business as usual though. All big kitties.
I'd love to see those photos
I like the sound of that.
2016 can't get here soon enough!
I got send some pictures the other day and as usual...giant toms
I just sent Byron my down payment for my 2017. Now for the long wait. He hasn't responded to my email yet. Hopefully he sends me some pics.
What is he booking at pricewise for 2017. I thought last year he was at quoting 12K for then plus the tags / allocation fees (590), and shipping and documentation fees (250).
I know when I booked in spring 2013 for a february 2015 hunt (that I ended up taking in february 2014) it was 10K plus those fees.
$12500 pls fees this was for 2016-2017 season
Man, they must be part Dall sheep for that price. I thought 8500 was high a few years ago.
He books three years out constantly regardless of price. he booked three years out when they were 7900 and is three years out at 12,500. with TNT holding 8 of the 24 NR tags allocated in the province annually there will always be 8 guys from somewhere in the world outside of AB willing to pay whatever he charges for those results...and willing to wait three years to do it.
