Did you eat any of the buffalo? How was it?
Did you eat any of the shark? How was that?
What month was your hunt? Did you try for any camels or wild horses?

Jake, I can't speak for the OP but I can answer some of your questions; The time of year is a bit critical in the Northern Territories as its a huge flood plain. We went in June as I recall and there were still some areas we could not get to...or barely got to since the water had not completely receded.See pics

I can't speak to the sharks....but the Barra fishing is world class (pic is me with a decent Barramundi). I think the horses you refer to are actually donkeys. We tried hunting those in some of the Aboriginal territory...very tough to sneak on.
We never made it to the area with Camels....they were further into a dry ground area we couldn't access....partially due to time constraints.
